DANIELLE MIRAGLIA

Danielle Miraglia (murr-Ä L e a) comes armed with a strong steady thumb on an old Gibson,an infectious stomp-box rhythm, harmonica and tunes ranging from heart-felt to socially conscious that will move both your heart and hips.

“Straddling the line where folk/roots meets rock/blues, Miraglia has a voice that can go from a raspy come-hither purr to an Etta James-esque powerhouse belt,

although she may be best known for her lead thumb — a heavy, thumping strike on her Gibson that’s backdrop percussion in itself.” – Lauren Daley, The Boston Globe

2021 NEW ENGLAND MUSIC AWARD WINNER –
“Blues Act of the Year”

THE PHILLY BLUES KINGS

The Philly Blues Kings has been around for a minute. This band represents the best that the contemporary blues has to offer. ERIN HARPE & JIM COUNTRYMAN

“When I listen to the blues, it makes me want to cry—it’s a part of me—but before making this album, I felt I was neglecting the acoustic blues woman in me,” award-winning blues artist and educator Erin Harpe shares. Erin proudly acknowledges the acoustic blues woman in her with the return-to-roots duo record, Meet Me In The Middle, out now on VizzTone/Juicy Juju Records! It is an album of joyous music made for desperate times.

The Boston-based multi-band leader, producer, indie label owner, singer-songwriter, and guitarist leads the electric blues quartet Erin Harpe & the Delta Swingers with her husband and label co-owner, bass player Jim Countryman.

THE MIKEY JUNIOR BAND

“Mikey Junior’s amazing skills on diatonic and chromatic harmonicas—combined with muscular vocals make him an exciting presence on today’s blues scene. The best way to hear his latest album, ‘Traveling South’ is with the volume cranked way up!”
— Bobby Reed, Downbeat Magazine

“Mikey Junior’s performance… seals the deal on a release that sets a high bar for blues with real personality…the kind of stuff that could single handedly light the fuse on a whole nu blues revival.”
— Chris Spector, Midwest Record
